Articleupdates.com is almost 100% on autopilot.  Using freely available plugins for wordpress that post articles, youtube videos, and questions from yahoo answers.

Occasionally I will make comments, edit spam, and delete unrelated articles.

I updated this site about a month ago to run on full autopilot.  It has since started generating search engine traffic and referrel links from twitter.  I also incorporated google adsense into the free word press magazine template, and this site is now generating enough revenue to pay for it’s registration fee and hosting.
